Penn State and Pitt don’t resume their intrastate rivalry until next season, but Panthers coach Pat Narduzzi is stoking the fire now. He took thinly veiled shots at the Nittany Lions coaching staff in reference to Christian Hackenberg this week, saying, “You could have a talented quarterback with a bad play caller and make him look bad. You see that around the country, some closer than others.”

Penn State coach James Franklin took the high road in response to Narduzzi’s remarks as he prepares for Saturday’s game against Maryland. He also talked about the possible return of the Wildcat offense, aggressive playcalling and more.

Ross Tucker, Bob Flounders and Dustin Hockensmith broke down the latest Penn State football news on this week’s Keystone Kickoff Show. Check out audio of the show in this post and be sure to check back in to KeystoneSportsNetwork.com for plenty more Penn State podcasts and analysis.
