Penn State has made headlines this month for all kinds of reasons, not the least of which being the Blue-White game and continued success on the recruiting trail. But coach James Franklin is also back in the news as the notion of satellite camps is more scrutinized than ever.

With Jim Harbaugh taking his camps show on the road virtually anywhere, coaches from the ACC and SEC have renewed their passion for eliminating what they call a “loophole” in an NCAA rulebook that says coaches can only host camps within 50 miles of their campuses. Guest-coaching at camps hosted elsewhere allows coaches to skirt that particular rule.

Fight On State’s Mark Brennan joined Bob Flounders and Dustin Hockensmith on the Keystone Sports Network this week to talk recruiting, Blue-White, satellite camps and more.
